Nyle Dry Kilns is excited to announce a new partnership with Stella-Jones, a leading provider of treated wood products. Together, they will install six advanced Heat Recovery Vent (HRV) systems at Stella-Jones’s facility in Rison, AR. This investment represents a strategic step towards improved energy efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced drying performance.
A Smarter Approach to Lumber Drying
The HRV systems are designed to maximize heat recovery by capturing and repurposing exhaust heat from existing kilns. This significantly reduces energy loss and optimizes the drying process. Each HRV unit will be equipped with Nyle’s NDKR Control Package, which includes Edge Cloud Control for real-time monitoring, automation, and data tracking.
