An aluminum fan truss spans the kiln's length, with fan housings integrated directly into the truss through welding, ensuring a streamlined and efficient air circulation system.
Adjustable top baffles, extending from the fan truss to the outer edges of the lumber stacks, are manipulated via a system of stainless-steel cables and pulleys, allowing for precise control over airflow and distribution within the kiln.
The kiln is outfitted with aluminum flashing for the roof, corners, and trim, creating a cohesive look while providing essential weatherproofing
The kiln is equipped with a R22 insulated lift and roll-type door. The door system will be provided with a track, carrier, gasket, trim, and an access door.
A separate inspection door will be provided for installation at the back of the kiln, between the kiln chamber and the control room.
